This training is suitable for anyone desiring to deepen their knowledge and understading of Yoga and meditation for their personal practice and for becoming a teacher.

200 hour Online Registered Yoga teacher training

Course Outline

The training has a two hundred hour (200hr) study requirement for completion. Those hours are to be completed over a period of (30) thirty days with the teacher. Research can be submitted over a ninety day period. All requirements must be met for student to be certified.

  • The Business of Yoga


The Teacher Training program is a 200-hour registered Yoga Alliance program. Each classroom hour counts towards the required time and must be fulfilled. In addition, outside study, practice, assisting and observation times will be required as well as meeting a personal practice commitment. All reading, written assignments and class participation is part of meeting the requirements. Any missed hours will be scheduled for makeup, an important part of your participation and successful completion of the program is the continuation and deepening of your personal daily yoga practice.

  • Completion of meditation practice journal with summary paper written.

  • Complete all outside reading and demonstrate proficiency of information.

  • Observe classes.

  • Teach 12 classes
