The practice of the eight limbs of Yoga has helped me in numerous ways, physically, mentally and continue to guide me towards daily peace of mind. The more I learn and understand the practice, the better prepared I am to share the eight limbs of Yoga. I have been practicing, teaching and sharing the practice for the past fithteen years, my intention when I teach is to share the knowledge of the practice, help practitioners practice safely and the importance of utilising the breath while moving through asanas/poses, during relaxation and meditation.

I am grateful to all of the students I have had the opportunity to share practice with, our Caribbean and world community of students and teachers. I'm most grateful to all of my teachers from the Himalayan institute and all of the teachers that came before us for sharing the wisdom and knowledge of the eight limbs of yoga.
